Bonavox Karaoke @ Cyberjaya

One of the things people might not know about me, is that I am a karaoke fiend. I absolutely love karaoke and once I start, I can go on for hours on end. There isn’t such a thing as a right place or time for it – I am always game for a karaoke session. When people learn about my passion for Karaoke, for some reason, they assume I’m a good singer. I can assure you that I am not, if I were, I would be singing on the radio rather than in the privacy of a karaoke room! I enjoy my brief moment on the mic and am quite unapologetic to the people who have to bear with my atrocious singing. So being the enthusiast that I am, when I was told TaPay was having their Christmas party at Bonavox Karaoke, I was absolutely thrilled by the idea. What a perfect way to wrap up the year!

Bonavox Karaoke is at Shaftsbury Square, on the same row as Anies Bake House, right at the end.

Bonavox has a nice family-friendly ambiance.

The rooms here are all nicely decorated and furnished.

I noticed that the rooms were in impeccable condition. The whole place has a clean and new feel to it.

I love the lighting in the rooms.

I was really impressed with the Lunch menu actually because it was my first time having lunchtime karaoke and I was pleasantly surprised by how extensive the menu was.

I went for the cheese pizza which was pretty good, but I kind of wished I had ordered rice instead because the Roasted Chicken Rice looked amazing! The prices are really reasonable here as well and I just found out from their FB page that they are currently running a Chinese New Year Promotion and the offer is honestly unbeatable. Prices start from RM 8.90 which includes 1 hour of Karaoke and free flow of drinks. Let me just say, I love the fact that you can even book a room for 1 hour! Previously I had only come across 3-hour packages. The flexibility of an hour is great because as much as I love karaoke, I can’t always commit to 3 hours and it’s a pity to book a room for 3 hours and not make full use of it. If you have the time to check out the promotion, I would highly recommend that you do!
